Lisa Tracy (they/them) joined Harmony in the Summer of 2022. They graduated from Portland State University in 2020 studying Arts, Film, and Education. They were previously a substitute teacher at the Helen Gordon Child Development Center under PSU after working there during their schooling as a student teacher. Lisa first learned about Montessori while nannying during their final years of college as they worked with multiple lovely families with Montessori children. They also worked under the philosophy of Reggio Emilia, similar to Montessori, at the HGCDC and thus are very
