Tuition, Fees and Schedule Options for 2021-22
For the 2021-22 school year Harmony Montessori School will continue to maintain a ratio of 15 children to two teachers in each of our 4 Primary (ages 3-6) classrooms. Due to our limited enrollment we will be offering only 5-day enrollment options.
Our Elementary program will maintain a ratio of 20 children maximum with 2 teachers. Our elementary program contains one classroom with grades 1st through 6th combined.
Operating hours for the 2021-22 school year are 8:30am – 4:30pm. The elementary students begin at 8:15 and the school days ends at 3:15. Additional aftercare hours are available through our Oasis program.
Harmony Montessori School tuition is an annual sum that is divided into 10 monthly installments billed August 1st – May 1st.
Elementary Program (Grades 1st – 6th)
8:15am – 3:15pm 5 days a week Annual Tuition $12, 190 ($1,219/month)
Tuition for elementary program is inclusive of all fees (snack, material and outdoor camp fees).
Primary Program (Ages 3 – 6)
8:30am – 3:00pm 5 days a week Annual Tuition $10, 910 ($1,091/month)
Tuition for the primary program is inclusive of all fees (snack and material).
Oasis Program Package Rate (After care hours)
Elementary 5 days a week 3:15 – 4:30 PM $ 210/month (Annual $2,100)
Primary 5 days a week 3:00 – 4:30 PM $250/month (Annual $2,500)
Our Oasis program is an annual package billed in 10 installments August through May. The deadline to add the Oasis package is September 30th. After the deadline, any Oasis will be based on availability and will be billed at a rate of $10 per hour. We will not be able to offer drop-in Oasis for this school year.

After submitting your application you will receive an email invoice for the application fee and tuition deposit (see below) that you can pay through your bank or mailing in a check. Alicia will then send you a confirmation email after we receive both your application and deposits outlining the next steps in the enrollment process.
Tuition Deposit and Application Fee
Each family needs to pay the application fee and tuition deposit totaling $650.00 in order to be placed on the waiting list. The application fee is $150 and the tuition deposit is $500 and is applied to your child’s last month at Harmony. Both are non-refundable.
Policies and Procedures
Applications are processed on the date we receive them along with the deposit and application fee. Enrollment acceptance priorities are given in the following order:
- Currently enrolled children.
- Children of staff members.
- Siblings of enrolled children.
- Alumni families.
- Wait list families:
a.) Historically underrepresented peoples. b.) Montessori experience.
c.) Remaining eligible applicants.
