Alicia Zepeda guides the Waterfall Room. She has over 12 years experience working in a Montessori school in various capacities. She has a passion for working with children and watching them make their own discoveries. Alicia began her Montessori career as an afternoon aide and then moved to assistant and began teaching as a Lead Guide in 2002. In addition, she has five years experience as a Head of school in Durango, Colorado. Her background includes a B.S. in Biology, several courses in early childhood education and Montessori training through N.C.M.E./A.M.S. Alicia enjoys cross country/downhill skiing, ice hockey, and is an avid reader and cook. She has a sewing business and has worked on creating floats for the Pasadena Rose Parade and the Portland Grand Floral Parade for 23 years.
Kelly Wilcox is entering her third year at Harmony. She is excited to be the assistant in the Waterfall Room. She looks forward to volunteering at the Holladay Park Plaza Assisted living community this fall. and in her spare time she enjoys making jewelry for Cool Moon Ice Cream in the Pearl District.
