Alicia Zepeda has been a guide in the Waterfall room since 2009. She is passionate about meeting the needs of each individual child and providing an environment that is nurturing where children can make their own discoveries and pursue their individual interests each day. Alicia has over 15 years experience working in a Montessori school in various capacities including five years as Head of School at Children’s House of Durango Montessori in Durango, Colorado. Alicia studied Biology with an emphasis on pre-medicine at Fort Lewis College in Durango Co. She completed her A.M.S Montessori Teacher’s training in 2008 and completed 24 course credits in Early Childhood Development to receive her Directors Certification. Alicia enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Craig and their dog Ava. Her interests include hiking, biking, reading, cooking and sewing. Alicia has also worked on creating floats for the Pasadena Rose Parade and the Portland Grand Floral Parade for over 20 years.

Kelly Wilcox is entering her third year at Harmony. She is excited to be the assistant in the Waterfall Room. She looks forward to volunteering at the Holladay Park Plaza Assisted living community this fall. and in her spare time she enjoys making jewelry for Cool Moon Ice Cream in the Pearl District.
